‘Responsibilities: · Evaluate environmental data and develop remediation plans · Strong fiscal management skills · Prepare and oversee preparation of reports and calculation packages · Manage staff, schedule, and budget for projects and communicate with clients · Provide team leadership through delegation of tasks and mentoring junior staff · Proficient in business development activities Requirements: · Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering, hydrogeology, or related field · Minimum of eight years relevant work experience in environmental consulting · Knowledge of hydrogeology, environmental regulations (state and federal), and environmental remediation · Experience in developing site conceptual models and building · Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage a project team to accomplish complex quantitative analysis projects or tasks · Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical writing experience · Experience in training and mentoring junior staff, including establishing, focusing, and tracking staff goals Required Skills · MS Access (Intermediate) · MS Excel (Intermediate) · MS PowerPoint (Intermediate) · MS Word (Intermediate) · Computer Programming · Conceptual Model · Statistical/Geostatistical Methods · Project Management’
