total bullshit, remove old grout with a draper grout remover, apply grout with a proper grout flout, filling the gaps, once done using a damp sponge with a circular motion you smooth the grout in, wring the sponge and remove excesss on the tiles, once dry, buff with a cheese cloth, finally fill any pin holes with wet grout and wipe off. simple. a pro job. this guy is a wasteman
